INTENT
A CRT and a man page. No boxes. One monospace at two sizes on a 20px line grid. Hierarchy is case, weight, dim vs bright, ch indentation, and typed prefixes. Cover the prompt line: it must still read as a terminal session, not a dark dashboard with green text.

HARD CONSTRAINTS
- One monospace everywhere, including buttons and headings. Never Inter or system-ui.
- Two sizes: 13px/20px for everything, 26px/40px for the one # title.
- Ground #070807 with faint scanlines. Bright #86F28A for content. Dim #4D8F52 for meta, comments, labels, and rules. Amber #F0D26A for state only: caret, focus, aria-current. No purple, cyan, or slate.
- No boxes. Sections separate with a 1px dashed dim rule and one line of space. Panes divide with a 1px solid dim vertical rule. Only a modal may have four borders.
- Prefixes as ::before text: # title, ## section, > prompt and quote, // comment and meta, $ dateline, -- byline, [ ] around anything clickable, [!] notice.
